Promising positions.

If you are interested in intellectual property and would like to work with a small team of specialists in large cases, you should apply to us. We love legal work and are enthusiastic about our field of expertise. Every day we discover new developments and continue to learn; this is what drives us and we expect the same from our employees. We believe in the compatibility of family and career and we live by that principle. Therefore, in addition to full-time positions, we offer part-time work at all levels of the career path.

This year, we were voted one of the top employers in trademark and unfair competition law by azur100. Azur states: “If you want to be happy at Lubberger Lehment (LL), you should have a heart for IP – hardly any boutique law firm has such an excellent reputation when it comes to landmark cases before the highest courts.” Azur also mentions our training programmes and praises: “The compatibility of family and work is as much a part of LL as trademark and unfair competition law.”

For our office in Munich, we are looking for junior lawyers in the field of trade mark and competition law. We have flat hierarchies, open doors and work as a team – in day-to-day business and in fundamental proceedings up to the Federal Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. If you are at the beginning of your career and want to shape the future of this area of law with us, we would like to get to know you.

The training of our future colleagues is important to us. We therefore also welcome applications from trainees, especially if you have the legal profession in mind. In doing so, we are also thinking of ourselves: We got to know and appreciate three of the lawyers now working with us during their training.

Trainees are involved in our daily work and get the opportunity to work on our current cases. During your legal clerkship you will be one of us, a part of our team and, in return, you will contribute your legal knowledge and your personality.
