Leonard Pietsch advises and represents owners of intellectual property rights in the protection and enforcement of their trademark and other intellectual property rights on a national and international level, including trademark, design, copyright and competition law. He also advises on IP and IT-related transactions.

Leonard Pietsch studied at Freie Universität Berlin. He then worked in the field of energy law and as a lecturer for the University of Potsdam. During his legal traineeship, he also worked for the law firm Freshfields and for the law firm V14 in the field of M&A as well as Venture Capital and IP. He started his attorney’s practice in 2021 at the law firm Poellath in the field of Venture Capital and joined Lubberger Lehment in July 2022.
