Lene Bittner works primarily in trademark, unfair competition and copyright law. A further focus of her work is technology law, where she advises on legal questions relating to digital products and business models, in particular the use of artificial intelligence and data protection. She supports national and international clients in protecting their intellectual property, both out of court and in litigation.

Lene studied law in Freiburg with a focus on media and IT law. Her legal clerkship at the Heidelberg Regional Court included a placement with a leading retail company. She has been working at Lubberger Lehment in the Munich office since 2026.
