Anton Frey focuses on trademark, design and competition law. He advises and represents rights holders in the defence and enforcement of their intellectual property rights at national and international level. He also manages trademark and design portfolios and handles applications, oppositions and other official proceedings.
Anton Frey studied law at the University of Münster and completed his doctorate with a thesis on patent law at the Institute of Professor Hoeren. During his doctorate, he worked at the international law firm Hogan Lovells in Hamburg in the field of patent law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, including a stint at Lubberger Lehment.
He joined Lubberger Lehment as a lawyer in 2023.
