Olga Stobernack advises on trademark, design and competition law. A particular focus of her work is the defence of well-known brands, including in the cosmetics and automotive sectors, against product piracy.
Olga Stobernack studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin, focusing on intellectual property law. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, she worked in the legal department of rbb, the IP law firm Nordemann and at Scout24. Olga Urbaniak is a graduate of the Polish School of Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
She joined Lubberger Lehment in 2023.
