Norman Ferchow practises trademark, design, copyright and competition law. He advises and represents companies in defending and enforcing their industrial property rights at national and international level. A particular focus of his work is defending well-known brands against product piracy in the cosmetics and automotive industries.
Norman studied law at the University of Potsdam, specialising in media and commercial law. He then worked as a research assistant at Lubberger Lehment in Berlin. He completed his legal training at the Brandenburg Court of Appeal and worked as a trainee lawyer at a commercial law firm specialising in intellectual property law and at Lubberger Lehment, among others. He began his legal career in 2025 at the law firm Lexton in the area of IP/IT & data protection law and has been working at Lubberger Lehment since October 2025.
