Profile

Katharina Jünemann practices trademark, design, copyright, and competition law. She advises and represents rights holders in defending and enforcing their industrial property rights at the national and international level. She also advises on IP-related corporate transactions.

Katharina studied law at Christian Albrecht University in Kiel. She then worked as a research assistant at the law firm Taylor Wessing in Hamburg. During her legal clerkship, she worked at the German Patent and Trademark Office and at the law firm Linklaters in the IP department, among others. She began her legal career in 2022 at the law firm Allen Overy (now Allen Overy Shearman Sterling). She has been working as a lawyer for Lubberger Lehment since 2026.
