Anna-Lea von Oertzen specialises in trademark, competition and copyright law. She advises and represents both national and international clients in the enforcement of their intellectual property rights, in particular with regard to digital forms of marketing and distribution on the internet. A further important focus of her work lies in IT and data protection law.
Anna-Lea von Oertzen studied law at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and at Panthéon-Assas Université in Paris. She worked as a research assistant at Datenschutzkanzlei and as a lawyer with Taylor Wessing in the area of technology, media and telecommunications. She joined Lubberger Lehment in 2024.
