Melanie Rosa focuses on trademark, competition, and copyright law. Her practice includes advising national and international clients and representing them before national courts. A key focus of her work is litigation. She also advises companies on e-commerce and general civil law matters.

Melanie studied law at Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where she also worked as a research assistant on an interdisciplinary research project in the field of legal tech. She completed her legal clerkship in the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court district, with positions at an international law firm in Munich and Paris. She joined Lubberger Lehment as a lawyer in 2026.
