Luca Kowalewski focuses on trademark, design and competition law. He advises and represents rights holders in the defence and enforcement of their intellectual property rights on a national and international level. He also specializes in IT and data protection law.
Luca Kowalewski studied law at the Free University of Berlin and worked as a research assistant at the law firm SKW Schwarz and in the legal department of Berlin based FinTech N26. During his legal clerkship, he worked for the international law firm Clifford Chance in the field of data protection and at Lubberger Lehment law firm. He joined Lubberger Lehment as a lawyer in 2023.
