Heike Heese is active in trademark law with a focus on the prosecution of anti-counterfeiting and parallel imports. She handles our clients’ border seizure applications, cooperates with German and European customs and police authorities and regularly acts as a consultant in training courses and seminars on border seizure issues.

Heike Heese is a business lawyer (LL.B.) and studied at the Universities of Jena and Strasbourg, as well as at the International University in Bad Honnef, Bonn. She joined Lubberger Lehment in 2012.
