Alexander Faid focuses on media, unfair competition and copyright law. He advises and represents companies from the media and cosmetics industry on the enforcement of their IP rights, for example in connection with new forms of digital advertising and distribution on the internet or on the legal aspects of marketing campaigns.
Alexander Faid studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and worked as an Research Assistant at the Max-Planck-Institute for Prof. Hilty. In Munich he did also his legal clerkship with a strong focus on all fields of Intellectual Property. After a time as a Research Assistant at DLA Piper he joined the law firm Lubberger Lehment in 2022.
